The vocational education and training (VET) Quality Framework aims to achieve national consistency in the way that registered training organisations (RTOs) are registered and monitored and how standards in the sector are enforced.

We are always looking to improve our products and services and TAFE Queensland acknowledges that students, staff, and the general public have the right to make a complaint about services provided by the organisation. TAFE Queensland will always address these complaints to ensure our offering continues to improve.

TAFE Queensland uses the Queensland Government supply agreements as well as having its own supply contracts in place. But there are opportunities for other suppliers to supply to TAFE Queensland.

VET Student Loans and entry policy

TAFE Queensland is committed to having transparent and rigorous processes for student entry to ensure that all eligible students who enrol in VET Student Loans eligible unit/s of study are academically suited to the program, and meet the all entry requirements.
