Please note as part of your application it is a requirement to complete your bksb pre-enrolment assessment.

It is a mandatory requirement for all Diploma of Nursing students to demonstrate competency at, or above Exit Level 3 (working at Level 4) in the bksb English and Maths within the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) prior to enrolment.

How do I complete my bksb if haven’t done one before or am unsure?

• Simply continue with your application and respond to the ‘Completion of bksb’ question as either:
  • “I haven’t and need to complete one”
  • “Yes, but I’m unsure of my results” 
• If you haven’t completed a bksb before or are unsure, we will send you an email with details on how to login.
• Please allow approximately 30 – 60 minutes for each initial assessment (two assessments total). Your results will be available immediately upon completion.
• Our student support team will be in touch regarding your bksb results should learning support or alternative study options be required.
• Once you have completed your bksb you may continue to submit your application if you have not already.
• If you have not received your bksb email within 72hours, please contact our customer service team on 1300 308 233.

If you have completed your bksb before and know your results please enter these at your ‘Completion of bksb’ question within your application.

1. Register or log in to the Student Portal
   (if you’re a new student, check your email for your new Student ID and password reset details)
2. Confirm selected course details
3. Enter your details
4. Upload your eligibility documents
5. Respond to the bksb requirements question
6. Complete the bksb (if you have not completed a bksb before)
7. Review and submit
