Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Selection criteria
To enrol with TAFE Queensland you will need to be currently employed within the field of transportation.
If you are undertaking the High Risk Work (HRW) Licence unit you must have access to a forklift or order picker truck. If you are not employed within the industry you will require access to a forklift or reach truck, as well as an appropriate supervisor, and may need to speak with a teacher prior to enrolment.
Resources Required
You are responsible for meeting the minimum occupational health and safety requirements in practical classes. This includes the use of safety glasses, protective footwear with covered uppers, steel capped toes and non-slip soles to AS2210, leather gloves to AS2161, and hair protection. You should also wear high vis industry-standard clothing including long sleeved shirts and pants. If you fail to meet these minimum standards of dress, you will not be permitted entry into practical classes.
It is recommended that you have access to a reliable internet connection to access TAFE Queensland's online learning system Connect, and a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player. This equipment and software is available for use at all TAFE Queensland locations.

Replacement qualification
This qualification has been replaced by TLI40321 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations, as of 21 November 2021. A transition period applies to enable current students to complete their study. The transition period finishes on 20 November 2022. If required, enrolments will be transitioned into a replacement qualification.
