Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Resources required
- Please bring the following baking utensils - spatula, piping bags (medium size disposable), piping nozzle (10cm round, required for the last class), small knife and take away containers. Please also bring an apron, washing up cloth, two tea towels, a pen and notebook.
- You must wear flat enclosed shoes that are comfortable. This is a workplace health and safety requirement as we are working in a commercial kitchen.

Parking can be accessed via Paddington Place. ONLY park in the spaces marked with the Red TAFE Queensland logo on either B1 or B2 to avoid being fined by Easy Park.
Please be aware that parking spaces can fill early.
