Course overview

This course is designed by Junko for absolute beginners who want to learn the necessary travel phrases, how to pronounce place names, order meals, shop and how to get around. Full of fun activities that focus on speaking and listening skills. By the end of the course you'll be ready to pack your bags!

Students participate in role play, games and activities which makes the learning process fun and easy. The facilitator is a native Japanese tutor.

Resources required

Classroom delivery

  • You will receive the resource ‘Japanese for Busy People 1: Romanised Version book and CD' as part of your enrolment fee.
  • Please bring a pen and paper for note taking.
  • You will need to present your Confirmation of Enrolment to the car park attendant each week to be eligible for discounted parking.
