Course overview

This non-accredited course is designed to strengthen participants’ social skills while building their confidence and body awareness through the power of dance. Participants learn choreography and use dance as a form of strength and mobility training, learning in a supportive and engaging environment. At the end of each term, participants get to showcase their moves and new-found confidence in a performance that they work towards throughout the course.
