Course overview

This short course develops new mindsets for personal and professional success in creatively experiential workshops.

Sculpt your mind is a sensory art program that sculpts your thinking and feelings to achieve your personal potential.  You don’t need to be an artist to receive the benefits – art is for everyone!

In this short course, you will be using sensory art to send signals to your brain and develop new mindsets:

  • Week 1 - Mindfulness mindset
  • Week 2 - Reflective mindset
  • Week 3 - Gratitude mindset
  • Week 4 - Growth mindset
  • Week 5 - Grit mindset
  • Week 6 - Confident mindset

The art projects you will be experimenting with include:

  1. Abstract painting and playing with clay
  2. Box of beliefs sculpture
  3. Strength tree mixed media - drawing, painting and collage
  4. Vision board collage
  5. Artist book
  6. Affirmation painting

During these workshops, painting, sculpture and drawing activities will be used to stimulate reflection and new ways of thinking.
