NDIS Workforce Fundamentals

Micro-credential

The NDIS Workforce Fundamentals provides training for workers who support people who access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This course has been developed in partnership with NDIS providers and people with lived experience of disability and is funded by Queensland’s Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT). The course aims to reduce duplication in induction training for both the workforce and NDIS providers by making it portable across the industry as well as reducing costs for organisations through sharing this course and recognising learner outcomes.
