Course overview

The topic for the 21st January 2023 class is ‘Layered Landscape’.

This workshop has been designed with purpose; to learn, create and introduce you to techniques and skills in painting with an earth conscious focus.

During this 2 hour course students will have the opportunity to experiment with watercolour paints and materials. Your friendly and experienced facilitator will be on hand to guide students step by step to create your masterpiece! No prior painting experience is needed, so even absolute beginners can enjoy this painting experience in a casual, relaxed and fun environment. 

We supply everything from paints and aprons to the nibbles & a drink! Our Create and Sip short course is the perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends and family.

Included in your enrolment- students will receive an individual cheese & fruit platter with a piccolo bottle of wine. After the lesson, students are invited to continue the evening upstairs at newly opened rooftop restaurant and bar.

Entry requirements

Students must be 15 years of age or older to enrol in this course.

Resources required

Everything you need to create your own masterpiece is provided, this includes cotton paper, aprons, paint, brushes, and a professional artist to guide you.

  • Your clothes may get some paint on them, please wear something you feel comfortable painting in.
  • Please wear enclosed non slip footwear.
  • In the days after enrolment you will be sent a questionnaire regarding your dietary requirements to assist with our catering before your class (we can cater for gluten free and lactose free).
  • Can I bring my own alcohol? You are not able to B.Y.O food or drink to the campus. Your enrolment includes the alcohol and food package provided.
Need to know
  • The enrolment fee includes course supplies provided by the teacher & catering which are non-refundable.
  • Students must be 15 years of age or older to enrol in this course.
  • However, you must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get checked in and settled as class starts on time.
