The events industry has been steadily growing over the past five years. Australia is experiencing increasing demand for conferences, exhibitions, concerts and sporting events. Revenue in the tourism industry is projected to rise over the next five years to $136.2 billion.

This course covers high-level event management skills including how to manage show pre-production, on-site event operations, and front of house services. You will also learn how to develop event concepts, research event trends, manage risk, and develop marketing strategies.

This qualification will give you the specialised skills required to work as an events manager in the tourism, hospitality, sport, cultural, and community sectors.
