This course will equip you with specialised knowledge in customer research, web design, and digital marketing and communications. You'll gain practical experience developing promotional programs and business and marketing plans. In addition, you will learn how to pitch advertising concepts, identify and exploit market opportunities, and understand consumer behaviour. Entry requirements

The entry requirements for BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communications are the 5 units listed below which also comprise the BSBSS00077 Marketing and Communication Foundations Skill Set. 

Students are not required to have completed these units prior to enrolment as they have been incorporated into the delivery model and will be delivered concurrently with the diploma level units.

TAFE Queensland also has the following selection criteria:      Recommended to have completed previous study in business related areas or have work/life experience.     If you’re under 17 years of age, special enrolment conditions may apply.

Resources required

Students should bring USBs and basic stationery to class.
