This advanced-level short course introduces experienced Microsoft Excel users to the more complex and advanced tools available in the program. Building on the basic and intermediate level courses, you'll learn how to enhance productivity using macros and advanced data analysis tools.
Statement of Participation
Learn how to work with mass data using filters, checksums, duplicate finders, and advanced pivot tables. Develop skills to record, manage, and modify macros with an introduction to VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). You’ll also discover how to visualise data with both in-built and custom designs, histograms, and box-and-whisker plots. You may bring you own Excel task or problem to solve in class.
By successfully completing this course you'll develop the advanced-level skills you need to become an expert in automation and advanced data analysis using the Microsoft Excel program.

Attendees must have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Also, be highly competent using a personal computer and be familiar with the Windows operating system, especially working with files and folders.
