Get a head start on your career in the beauty and hairdressing industry with this double qualification in cosmetics and hairdressing. The personal services industry is set to expand with as many as 25,000 new positions forecast over the next five years. This course will give you the practical skills you need to get an edge in a growing market.

You'll learn transferable customer service skills including how to greet and prepare clients for services, communicate within a team, and sell to the retail customer. You'll also learn hands-on skills relevant to the beauty industry such as how to design and apply make-up, offer advice on beauty products and services, and perform basic salon duties including shampoo and basin services.

This qualification will give you a better understanding of the beauty industry, boost your employment opportunities, prepare you for a hairdressing apprenticeship, and lay the foundation for further study in this area.
