Gain useful tools and techniques that you can apply in everyday living including healthy living, mindfulness and clean eating to support and revitalise your body. Walk away feeling amazing after this one day intensive workshop with an understanding of how you can optimise your health through yoga and clean eating.  This non-accredited short course will educate and empower people to make healthy choices and be the best version of themselves.

Our team has a combined experience of 40 years in nutrition and exercise physiology. As part of this course students will receive a workbook to take home that provides tools such as easy-to-make raw food recipes and yoga sequences to restore and maintain balance within.

Sessions include:

  • 3 keys to healthy living
  • Raw foods workshop with take home recipes
  • Mindfulness practice that will teach you how to de-stress
  • Yoga class for beginners with take home yoga sequences

Resources required

  • Pen and paper for note taking.
  • Yoga mat.
  • Two dinner knifes and two dessert spoons for the raw foods workshop (disposable is fine).
  • Students must bring to wear for the raw foods workshop - an apron and enclosed shoes which are flat and comfortable as we are working in a commercial kitchen and this is a workplace health and safety requirement.

Skill and knowledge assessments are an essential step in progressing through your course. You may be assessed in a number of ways while you are studying at TAFE Queensland, including observation, written assessment, questioning, portfolios, work samples, third-party feedback, and through recognition of prior learning.
