Course overview

Keep your CPR skills up to date with this cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) refresher course designed specifically for Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) workers. This course will ensure you maintain the ability to confidently provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the work place or in community settings. In order to maintain currency in Australia you will be required to complete a CPR course every 12 months.

This course will refresh your skills in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in line with current Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. You will revisit how to operate an automated external defibrillator (AED) and accurately convey incident details to emergency service personnel. Our industry-embedded teachers will ensure your skills stay industry current. 

Successful completion of this skill set will keep your CPR skills up to date and will maintain your ability to respond in emergency situations while at work or in the community.

If you are an electrician, you will also be required to complete the skill set Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel every 12 months to maintain currency.
