This 4 hour intense masterclass is designed to demystify social media and give you a clear strategy to develop a strong and effective online presence to support your business growth.

The class covers an overview of the strategic integration of social media into the bigger business and marketing plan, best practise examples, tools, resources and proven tactics on how to implement social media effectively and efficiently. 

It is a hands on class where you will put theory into practise straight away and walk away with a tool kit that helps with the continuous implementation.

In this session you will learn:

  • Goals and targets: Define your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and goals
  • Build your target persona: how to ensure you are working with your perfect clients
  • Select suitable platforms: be where your ideal audience is (statistics, insights and must knows about the channels)
  • Content: Determine the content you need, when and how often to post for effective results (includes Content calendar, community building and engagement)
  • Resources: tools (paid and free) to use to maximise social media (creation, curation, scheduling and analytics)
  • Integrated approach: how social media fits into the bigger marketing and business strategy and how to develop an omni channel presence without getting burn out

This short course is non-accredited therefore is not registered with the National Training Register.
