This program is delivered to TAFE Queensland students by LiveWell.Coach.

What you'll learn:

In less than 10 minutes a day over 10 days you'll be taken through the key principles, frameworks and tools to help you to better manage feelings, the impact others have on you and that you have on others and how to talk things out in a safe way to see situations better and resolve conflict.

The key principles, frameworks and tools shown can help:

  • Better manage conflict, stress, negative thinking and emotions.
  • Improve self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence.
  • Develop new coaching and communication skills with powerful questions.
  • Improve motivation and team outcomes, get more out of work and life.

The challenge includes daily short video training, a quick self-marking quiz to consolidate your understanding and one key action step to apply each day in your everyday life.

Another advantage of online training is that you can complete the training in your own time and at your own pace to fit around your schedule.
