Your 2024 Semester 1 Orientation starts with an online session on Monday 22 January. Your course-specific orientation will generally be on your first day of class from Tuesday 23 January onwards.
For further details about your study timetable, please visit our Timetables page.
Why is it important to attend an orientation session?
Orientation is where you will find out all the information you’ll need to nail your studies. You will meet key staff that can assist you with your studies and find out more about:
- Study assistance options
- Career counselling
- Access and equity services
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander support
- Library services
- Other ways to obtain assistance.
The session will also provide an overview of key systems and digital tools that you will need to access during your studies and how to find out more information about them.
Registration available soon
Soon you can register for an online orientation session at a time that suits you. You only have to attend one online orientation session. Additional online sessions will also be available for more detailed information on library services and cultural awareness.
