Cookery and hospitality students will create and serve the canapes and drinks on the night, while hair and beauty students will be responsible for the hair and makeup of the models. Then of course, there are the stars of the show, the fashion students – one of whom will be awarded a highly coveted three-month paid internship at London fashion house Karl Donoghue.
