By understanding the smaller influences in our immediate future and following the trajectory of those into larger megatrends, we are able to better grasp what our future may look like and better predict how to prepare for it.

In this course you will gain a basic knowledge of cyber security, the recent legislative changes affecting businesses and how to implement cyber security practices to safeguard your business. This course will also help you develop your digital literacy skills using common technology and hardware such as smartphones and tablets and you will gain a basic knowledge of digital marketing – search engine optimisation (SEO), content, social media, automation, email marketing and online public relations.

This course has been designed for small business owners to expand and develop their digital knowledge and skills.

Successful completion of this course will keep your skills current and help you protect and market your business in the digital age.
