Enrich your workplace assessment practice with this specialised skill set. This short course provides the necessary skills to assess nationally endorsed training at your workplace.
TAFE Queensland is the largest and most experienced provider of vocational education and training in Queensland. Learn how to assess workplace training from expert educators who have a high degree of technical skills and knowledge.
During this short course you will develop the specialised skills and knowledge to effectively assess training in your workplace. You will learn how to plan and organise assessment activities and processes, develop simple assessment tools and assess competence. We will also teach you the essential requirements of assessment validation.
Successful completion of this course will qualify you to assess nationally endorsed training at your workplace, in line with learning legislation and standards. If you choose to undertake further study, this skill set will contribute four units of competency towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.
Statement of Attainment
The successful achievement of this skill set requires you to complete all units listed below.
You will study online however your classes will be delivered in real time via a scheduled timetable. You will interact with your teachers and other students using programs like Zoom. Learn more
