Don’t have formal recognised English test?
Students who have not completed an internationally recognised and standardised English Test can complete the Placement Test under agent’s supervision, and apply to undertake a course of ELICOS study as an alternative entry pathway.
The Placement Test cannot be used for direct entry to VET Programs at TAFE Queensland; test is used to gain an idea of the student’s current English level to suggest how many weeks of ELICOS a student requires to meet their study needs. To enter VET Program students will need to provide evidence of a formal test.
To find out how and where you can take the Placement Test, please contact International Course Advisers.
