Our locations
North Queensland
The North Queensland region stretches from the Whitsundays in the south to Atherton and the Northern Peninsula area in the North, and as far west as Mount Isa. It includes the cities of Cairns and Townsville.
Cairns is the gateway to the stunning World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest, and attracts over two million visitors annually. Our Cairns campus is located in the western suburb of Manunda approximately 10 minutes drive from the city centre.
Our Townsville (Pimlico) campus is located in the suburb of Pimlico, just a short 10 minute drive from the city centre.
Our Townsville (Trade Training Centre Bohle) campus is a $37 million state-of-the-art facility that trains more than 2,000 apprentices annually.
The historical township of Atherton is located on the Atherton Tablelands in Tropical North Queensland. This fertile plateau features rolling green hills, stunning views, and high quality local produce including coffee, chocolate, wine, cheese, and tropical fruits.
Our Bowen campus offers a range of practical courses catering to the local community.
Our Burdekin campus offers courses designed to meet the needs of the local community.
The Charters Towers campus is located at the Dalrymple Trade Training Centre.
Our Cloncurry campus is located in the main street of the town with close access to cafes, food outlets, and other facilities.
The Great Barrier Reef International Marine College offers a comprehensive range of training qualifications and certificates for the maritime industry.
Located in the town centre, our Ingham campus offers easy access to nearby cafes, food outlets, and other facilities.
Our Innisfail campus is located at the Innisfail State College, an integrated learning facility combining a secondary school, diverse learning centre, and TAFE Queensland campus.
Our Mount Isa campus is located just off the Barkly Highway approximately five minutes east of the town centre.
Our Northern Peninsula Area campus is located in the Torres Strait Islander community of Bamaga, approximately 40 kilometres from the northern tip of the Cape York Peninsula.
Our Palm Island campus plays an important role in the local community and offers courses designed to meet the needs of the islands' residents.
Thursday Island is the main island in the Torres Strait region located 40 kilometres off the northern coast of the Cape York Peninsula.
Our Whitsundays campus is located in Cannonvale, the business precinct of the Whitsundays region.
Wide Bay Burnett
The Wide Bay Burnett region runs from Bundaberg in the north to Kingaroy in the south and incorporates the regional towns of Gympie and Cherbourg, as well as cities in the Fraser Coast Region including Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
Our Bundaberg campus offers courses across a range of program areas and features specialist training facilities.
Located adjacent to the University of the Sunshine Coast, our Gympie campus offers a range of practical courses in purpose-built facilities.
Our Hervey Bay campus features specialist training facilities and offers courses across a range of study areas.
Our Kingaroy campus delivers a range of hands-on courses across a variety of in-demand areas in specialised training facilities.
Newly opened in 2016 our purpose-built Maryborough campus is located in the heart of the Maryborough CBD.
Located off the Bunya Highway in the South Burnett region our Nurunderi campus is based in the Aboriginal community of Cherbourg.
Sunshine Coast
Our Sunshine Coast region includes the coastal hubs of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, as well as the inland town of Nambour. It also incorporates the newly opened Sunshine Coast Health Institute (SCHI) in Birtinya.
Gold Coast
TAFE Queensland has campuses spanning the length of the Gold Coast region from Coolangatta to Coomera. The region also includes central locations in Ashmore and Southport.
This specialised facility is a renowned trades training hub of the Gold Coast.

Greater Brisbane
The Greater Brisbane region spans from Caboolture in the north to Loganlea in the south and as far west as Ipswich. It also incorporates our specialised SkillsTech trade training centres in Acacia Ridge, Alexandra Hills, Bracken Ridge and Eagle Farm.
The Acacia Ridge campus is our flagship trade training centre spanning more than 22 hectares.

Located 20 kilometres north of Brisbane our Bracken Ridge campus is surrounded by green parks, bikeways, and walkways.

Darling Downs and South West
The Darling Downs and South West region incorporates the cities of Toowoomba and Roma, and smaller regional towns including Warwick, Dalby and Chinchilla.
Our Charleville location is located close to the town centre and provides industry-relevant training to develop in-demand skills.
Our Chinchilla campus offers training relevant to the main industries in the local area including agriculture and resources.
Our Dalby campus is located a five minute drive from the town centre and provides training across a range of industry areas.
Our Roma campus is located a 15 minute walk from the city centre with easy access to food outlets to fuel up between classes.
Our Toowoomba campus boasts modern learning amenities and state-of-the-art training facilities that simulate real workplaces.
Our Warwick campus is located on the outskirts of the town, close to the Warwick Showgrounds.
