Our Southport campus is conveniently located in the Gold Coast CBD next to the Australia Fair shopping centre and across the road from the beautiful Broadwater Parklands. The campus' central location offers plenty of places to eat or relax between classes. The campus is regularly serviced by public transport including the light rail with a G:link station on its doorstep.

TAFE Queensland’s Southport campus has brand new Clinical Labs to train the next generation of health care workers.
This state-of-the-art facility is a 64-bed replicated hospital environment including two 4-bed simulation training rooms. Students also have access to learning via augmented reality with hologram patients to see inside the human body.
The facilities cater for students studying nursing, community health, aged care, disability, allied health, pathology and more. Health students couldn’t be more prepared for the workplace after training at TAFE Queensland’s Southport campus.

There are bus stops located out the front of the campus on Scarborough Street and a light rail station across the road.
Cycling could be another cost effective option to get to campus with bike racks available on Nerang Street.
Undercover on-site car parking is available at the Southport campus for a small fee.
Our industry leading nursing labs are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Our simulated learning environments include 38 electric beds, 10 electrocardiogram (ECG) machines, vital signs monitors, IV trolleys and two life-like simulator mannequins. Students learn hands on under the guidance and supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs).
