Study on campus

Choose to study or train at one of our 50+ locations across the state and take advantage of purpose-built facilities and industry-standard equipment, face-to-face time with teachers, our full range of student support services, and more.

With over 50 campuses across the state, every one of our locations is unique. Many students choose an on-campus delivery mode to take advantage of the campus specialisations, facilities and equipment.

Benefits of studying on campus

On TAFE Queensland campuses you'll study in purpose-built facilities including workshops using industry-standard equipment, fully functioning health clinics and labs, digital studios, and open to the public restaurants, beauty salons, and gyms. You'll also have access to libraries, lecture theatres, study spaces, cafeterias and more.

Take advantage of the social and interactive aspects of studying in person; have face-to-face time with your teachers, make friends and form study groups, and have fun attending student events.

You can also access the entire range of student support services when you study on campus at TAFE Queensland.

On campus study options

On campus

Learn face-to-face with a teacher in one of our learning spaces like a classroom, workshop, laboratory or simulated learning environment. In this mode you will attend a TAFE Queensland campus 100 per cent of the time, but you can also interact with your teachers using live video or web conference programs. You may also need to access our learning management system, Connect, to access resources, assessment details or submit assessment. If required, you may need to attend a vocational placement, and a teacher might attend to observe and assess.

On campus with some online

You may also need to access our learning management system, Connect, to access resources, assessment details or submit assessment. If required, you may need to attend a vocational placement, and a teacher might attend to observe and assess.
