Delivered through a series of workshops and one-on-one mentoring, this accelerated program will support you to obtain a Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business (BSB40320) in 16 weeks, as well as develop a business plan tailored to grow your business.
With two convenient study options to choose from (Collaborative Workshops or a Mentoring Program), you will be guided by an experienced mentor from the business community who will work with you to develop a business plan specifically tailored to your business.
Business mentors
Whatever your industry, business model, location, or goals, our small business mentors take the time to give tailored advice. With extensive experience in their field, our specialised industry mentors can provide advice on a range of topics. A business health check, considering strategy, finance, operations and marketing will allow our small business experts to provide strategic feedback on your business.
Collaborative workshops
Join a series of three (3) face-to-face workshops that offer real business assistance and practical business training paired with three (3) individual mentoring sessions (1 hour) to assist with learning and implementation. Get tips on how to improve your growth and profitability through practical and fun exercises and interactive discussions.
One-on-one mentoring
This personalised virtual business coaching solution allows you to work with a Small Business Solutions mentor over six (6) 1.5 hours individual mentoring sessions to carefully analyse what your business needs to grow. Your mentor will guide you through short, sharp focused blocks of dedicated time to develop a tailored business plan.
