Designed for those who want to lead teams, coordinate events, and manage projects within elite sporting organisations, this dual diploma equips you with the practical and leadership skills to make sport happen - from game day to community activation.
Through real-world learning experiences with the Parramatta Eels, you’ll gain unique insights into how a professional NRL club operates - exploring areas such as event delivery, player development, sponsorship activations, and high-performance operations. You’ll learn how to plan and deliver projects that bring sport to life, while developing the communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills that employers demand.
According to the Australian Government’s Job Outlook service, there are expected to be around 60,000 job openings for contract, program and project administrators over the next five years. Employers are looking for qualified candidates who can communicate effectively and manage relationships - the exact skills you’ll build through this program and your experience with the Parramatta Eels.

You will be invited to complete a Skills Check following your application submission, before enrolling to your studies. This helps you to decide if your course is right for you and allows us to understand your current abilities in English, Maths, as well as using Digital technology. 

The recommended benchmark levels for this course are 4 in English, 4 in Maths and 4 in Digital Technology.

If you are applying for a VET Student Loan the required levels to meet academic eligibility, as outlined by Commonwealth guidelines, is Level 4 English and Maths.
