In just one day, through two dynamic and hands-on sessions, you’ll learn how simple it can be to create effective, personalised strength training programs for adolescents. Designed for physical education teachers, this course delivers practical skills, fresh inspiration, and routines you can confidently and safely deliver.

Each session focuses on a distinct type of strength workout. You’ll design each from the ground up, execute them with precision, and - most importantly - experience the benefits first-hand.

  • Programming Fundamentals: The youth athlete vs adults
  • Strength training specifics: Athletes 13-15 years, 16-17 years
  • Program variables: Develop individual plans for now and the future
