Course overview

Take a guided tour of flavours from Europe through to Asia, building practical kitchen confidence while creating dishes you will be proud to serve at home. This non-accredited short course is designed for everyday food lovers and beginner-to-intermediate home cooks who want real techniques, reliable recipes, and an enjoyable, social learning experience.

Across a scaffolded series of sessions, you will learn essential cookery foundations and then apply them to signature dishes inspired by key regions - starting with classic European techniques and progressing through the aromatic, spice-led cuisines of Asia. The focus is on hands-on cooking, simple repeatable methods, and results that look as good as they taste.

You will cook in a supportive environment, guided step-by-step by an experienced chef educator, with an emphasis on confidence, timing, preparation and presentation. You leave with recipes and techniques you can use immediately for weeknight meals, entertaining, and special occasions.
