Course overview

This workshop provides a practical introduction to using AI tools to support marketing and content systems.

You will learn how to create effective prompt templates, develop platform-specific social media posts, repurpose content across multiple formats, and plan structured content calendars. The workshop explores how AI can assist with common marketing tasks such as writing social posts, generating ideas, planning campaigns, and analysing performance results. You will also learn how to review AI-generated content for accuracy, maintain brand voice consistency, and avoid common issues such as generic or repetitive content.  By the end of the workshop, you will have developed a practical “Content Kit” including prompt templates, messaging pillars and a simple content calendar that can be implemented immediately in your organisation.

This workshop focuses on practical marketing applications rather than advanced technical AI development.
