TAFE Queensland has partnered with Coral Homes to deliver industry-connected training that prepares students for careers in residential building design.
Coral Homes is a leading residential builder in Queensland, with strong demand for skilled building designers and drafting professionals. Through this partnership students studying the Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (CPP40121) gain access to industry insights, practical learning and potential career opportunities. TAFE Queensland and Coral Homes are working together to create structured, industry-aligned pathways into residential design careers.
This partnership will commence in Term 1, 2027, with intakes for both mainstream and school-based students.
