Delivery of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) on Thursday Island and in Northern Peninsula Area is a project funded through the Regional Skills Adjustment Strategy (RSAS). RSAS is a two-year initiative targeting specific regions of Queensland facing economic uncertainty by supporting workers that are at risk of being displaced from traditional industries, or retrenched as a result of significant company closures. RSAS supports those individuals to gain the foundation, employability and technical skills needed to transition to the jobs of the future.
