As the National Education Manager at Revlon Professional, Geoffrey brings his passion for creativity and excellence to inspire and educate fellow stylists across the country.
- Fiona Beamish: With a distinguished career spanning Australia, Ireland, the UK, and Asia, Fiona is known for her expertise in education, training, and sales, as well as her ability to identify trends and implement innovative solutions.
- Ally McErlean: As driving force and creator of THP, Ally has created a unique environment and culture of teamwork, leading via example and rolemodelling customer care, high work ethic, professionalism, warmth and approachability. She has 32 years experience in hairdressing, with 17 years as an independent salon owner. She is a former salon and regional manager for Stefan Hair Fashions.
- Kristy Midgley: Kristy is a renowned salon CEO, blonding and colour specialist and business mentor dedicated to transforming the hair industry. Having faced financial struggles and burnout to building a thriving seven figure salon, Kristy now empowers hairstylists and salon owners to elevate their mindset, refine their skills and build profitable, sustainable businesses.
- Andrew Donnison: As the VET Stakeholder Engagement Lead for the Service and Creative Skills Australia Jobs and Skills Council (SaCSA), Andrew builds constructive relationships across the education and training sector, with a focus on consultation with Registered Training Organisations and other associated stakeholders.
