Your Orientation is super important to your study journey. Don't miss it! This session will cover topics such as:
- How to submit assessments.
- Using our online learning management system (Connect).
- Your class group.
- Your timetable, textbooks, or equipment you need.
- Find out all the information you need to be prepared for your first class.
The TAFE Queensland student uniforms help identify you on campus and in practical classes.
For some courses, these uniforms are compulsory. You may wish to purchase a TAFE Queensland polo shirt or hoodie. You can even try on during Orientation to make sure you get the correct size.

When is your Loganlea orientation session?
- At our Loganlea campus, your course will have one specific Orientation session scheduled on Thursday 21 January. You only need to attend the session allocated to your course. Save the date today.
- Orientation session details will be published during December. Session times may change, so please check back closer to Orientation week to confirm your session time.

Public transport
The Loganlea train station is a 15 minute walk from campus and the closest bus stop is located out the front of the campus on Armstrong Road.
Cycling
If you live nearby, cycling could be another cost effective option to get to class with bike racks available on campus.
Parking
We have plenty of free on-site parking available for students at our Loganlea campus.
