Ella Baché partnership to help shape the future of beauty
Aspiring beauty professionals can turn their passion into a rewarding career through a new partnership between TAFE Queensland and iconic Australian skincare brand Ella Baché.
The industry-connected pathway will enable students to complete the Certificate III in Beauty Services and Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB30121/SHB50121) in just one year, combining nationally recognised training with Ella Baché’s renowned skin and beauty expertise.
Students will build the technical skills, professional confidence and customer service capabilities needed to thrive in salons, clinics and other beauty settings.
Ella Baché CEO Pippa Hallas said the partnership would inspire and prepare the next generation of skin therapists while strengthening the industry’s future.
“We are passionate about educating the next generation of skin therapists and proud to announce the partnership with TAFE Queensland as we move into the next chapter,” Ms Hallas said.
“We have been providing the highest quality therapists to the Australian skin and beauty industry since 1963, and our collaboration with TAFE Queensland takes that legacy forward.
“By combining TAFE Queensland’s trusted education with Ella Baché’s practical skin knowledge, products and treatment expertise, we can help build the next generation of our industry.”
TAFE Queensland will lead training, assessment and student support, while Ella Baché will contribute professional expertise, product knowledge and contemporary industry insights.
The learning experience will feature Ella Baché products, industry demonstrations, guest trainers and masterclasses, giving students valuable exposure to professional practice and employer expectations.
Planned to launch initially in Brisbane, the partnership will harness the ambition and potential of future beauty professionals, equipping them with recognised qualifications, current industry knowledge and the confidence to make their mark.
By giving students the chance to turn their passion for skin, beauty and client care into practical skills, recognised qualifications and a sustainable career.
The partnership will also create a clearer pathway from study to employment, helping students imagine what is possible and take confident steps towards a lasting career in beauty and wellness.
It's also a reflection of a shared commitment to ensuring training evolves alongside industry, so graduates enter the workforce with relevant skills, current knowledge and the confidence to make an immediate contribution.
