NOUS partners with the TAFE Queensland Scholarship Foundation

NOUS has committed to supporting scholarships through the TAFE Queensland Scholarship Foundation, reinforcing a shared belief that talent and potential should never be limited by financial circumstances.

For more than 25 years, NOUS has been helping organisations tell their stories with clarity and impact. Based in Fortitude Valley, the agency has built a reputation for combining creativity, strategy and technology to help businesses and institutions grow their brands and connect with their audiences.

According to Brian Hastings, Managing Director of NOUS, the decision to support vocational education was a natural fit.

“Education and training change lives, it really is that simple. Skills give people choices, independence and the confidence to build the future they want, and they strengthen the communities and industries we all depend on.”

Mr Hastings said NOUS sees first-hand the difference opportunity can make in people’s lives through its work with businesses across Queensland.

“Through our own work we see constantly how much potential people have when they’re given the right support and opportunity. Investing in vocational education felt like one of the most direct and practical ways we could help, backing real Queenslanders who want to work in our industry to pursue their goals, whether they’re leaving school, changing careers or upskilling.”

The partnership is particularly meaningful given NOUS’s longstanding relationship with TAFE Queensland, having previously supported the organisation’s brand, creative and digital presence.

“We’ve had the privilege of working with TAFE Queensland as a client, so we’ve seen first-hand the scale of what they do and the genuine care they bring to their students. That relationship gave us real insight into the impact of the Scholarship Foundation, and it made getting behind it an easy decision.”

Mr Hastings said the Foundation’s commitment to removing barriers to education strongly aligned with NOUS’s own values.

“The Foundation’s focus on removing financial barriers, particularly through its Access and Equity Scholarships, aligns closely with our belief that potential shouldn’t be limited by circumstance. Being able to help a student stay in study and reach their goals is something we’re proud to be part of.”

TAFE Queensland Chief Executive Officer Tim Rawlings welcomed the partnership, highlighting the significant impact scholarships have on students and their communities.
