The Queensland Alliance for Mental Health completed the Community Mental Health Workforce Project in July 2021. As a result of this project the Navigating the NDIS for the Psychosocial Workforce micro-credential has been developed.
The micro-credential is delivered online and self-paced and will likely take around 1-2 hours to complete.
Access to the micro-credential will be provided on Monday 2 May 2022 and will close on the Friday 20 of May 2022.
The project is funded by Department of Employment Small Business and Training (DESBT) under the NDIS Training and Skills Support Strategy (NTSSS), an initiative delivered on behalf of WorkAbility Qld.

The knowledge areas included in this micro-credential have been selected based on the outcomes of the above research and have been developed in consultation with a range of experienced representatives from the industry.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be asked to complete a survey containing feedback and be awarded a TAFE Queensland micro-credential digital badge and a certificate.
