This skill set provides the required skills and knowledge to test the operational functions of vehicles and equipment used across the resources and infrastructure industries. This skill set ensures you can safely and effectively conduct function checks, identify defects, and confirm equipment readiness before work begins. This skill set requires a person to plan and prepare for testing activities, follow site safety procedures, conduct routine operational checks, identify and report faults, and complete shutdown procedures in line with workplace and manufacturer requirements. You will learn directly from industry-experienced trainers, gaining practical, hands‑on skills relevant to real‑world operating environments. This skill set will ensure you are confident, competent and capable of performing essential operational testing tasks that support safe, compliant and efficient workplace operations across the resources and infrastructure sector.
