Interactive Safety Awareness Tool (iSAT)
Safety is an important part of every job. In every workplace. In every industry. The environment you work in may change, but the principles of safety stay the same. Everyone has a responsibility for safety, but may not know where to start.
To make it a little easier, TAFE Queensland partnered with leading manufacturer of plasterboard, joint compounds, and metal framing in Australia, Knauf, to highlight the what, where and how of safety in the workplace.
Knauf gave us free reign of their Berrinba warehouse (after we completed the site induction of course!) and we called on our technology partners at Think.Digital to give us a hand, to show you how to be safe, with our Interactive Safety Awareness Tool (iSAT).
Don’t let the warehouse fool you – the hazards and risk controls in transport and logistics can also apply to any industry. Whether you're in a small retail store or a huge factory, on a farm or construction site, safety is important.
