The Darling Downs and South West region has two physical libraries based at the Ipswich and Toowoomba campuses. Campuses that do not have a physical library on-site have student hubs enabling student access to computer facilities.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness session provides an overview of what culture is and how it differs between language groups. It is designed to help raise awareness of the influences and impacts of culture on how we do things. It will help with your studies, when interacting with peers and is a basic starting point for your career. It's also a free space to ask questions.

Welcome to the start of your exciting journey with us!
Complete your TAFE Queensland Student Orientation 2026 unit through Connect!
Access to Connect will be available approximately 10 days prior to start of study. If you enrol closer to start of study your access may be delayed.
In the meantime, watch the Orientation video (approx. 30minutes) to the right to get all the essential information you need.
