TAFE Queensland Foundation celebrates sponsors and scholarship recipients

TAFE Queensland Scholarship recipients, sponsors and staff donors have been celebrated at events in South East Queensland.

The TAFE Queensland Scholarship Foundation recently held two events to recognise some of the 2024 TAFE Queensland Scholarship recipients, and the generous sponsors and donors who make the scholarships possible.

The scholarship recipients in attendance are currently studying a broad range courses including youth work, sport, cyber security, photography and digital imaging, paralegal services and graphic design.

Business sponsors and staff donors to the TAFE Queensland Scholarship Foundation were also on hand to join in the celebrations.

As well as members of the Workplace Giving Program (staff), also in attendance were TAFE Queensland Foundation sponsors, including Samford Community Bank Bendigo Bank, RACQ, CPL, Fujitsu, MEGT and QLD Hydro.

Meanwhile, five apprentices at the SkillsTech Acacia Ridge campus were also awarded scholarships at a celebration event.

The event also hosted our newest Workplace Giving scholarship recipient, William Elvery, who is undertaking a Certificate in Carpentry (CPC30220).

Thank you to all students and sponsors in attendance at both events.
