Flexible pathway options
If you didn’t finish Year 12, complete the required prerequisites, or get the selection rank you needed there are a range of pathways that will open the door to a uni degree.
Completing any of our certificate III, certificate IV, diploma, advanced diploma, or associate degrees may improve your QTAC selection rank and allow you to get into your dream university degree.
Our Adult tertiary preparation (ATP) course is for anyone wanting to brush up on their study skills and gain or improve their selection rank in order to study at university.
We also offer a range of online bridging courses via Unilearn, allowing you to meet the university entrance requirements for your preferred degree.

Diploma-to-degree pathways

I chose TAFE Queensland because I didn't get a high enough rank to go straight to university. I want to end up studying a Bachelor of Engineering, so by working full time and studying part time, TAFE Queensland is a great pathway for me.
