TAFE Queensland’s range of training and career development opportunities are designed to support continuous learning and career progression for all staff members.

Training and career development initiatives:

• Professional development programs including workshops, seminars, and courses tailored to various fields and interests.
• Opportunity to complete a wide range of accredited training delivered by TAFE Queensland at no cost.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) so that employees can leverage their existing skills and experience through the RPL process, which allows them to gain formal qualifications faster and at a reduced cost.
  
• Specialised training in areas such as disability education, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education, and literacy and numeracy.
• Short courses for both personal and professional development, which can be completed on-campus, online, or through distance learning.
  
• Traineeships in various fields, providing practical experience and formal qualifications.
