TAFE Queensland's Bachelor of Nursing provides Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) graduates with a unique diploma-to-degree pathway. Our degree has been designed by nurses for nurses and will help you develop job-ready skills to work as an RN. The Bachelor of Nursing will be delivered flexibly, allowing you to learn online and face to face at the South Bank campus in Brisbane and the Southport campus on the Gold Coast. Eligible diploma graduates could transition seamlessly into our nursing degree with a full year of credit*.

The degree is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and provides the necessary academic qualification for eligibility as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
* Completing the Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) may provide up to one year credit towards the Bachelor of Nursing, eligibility checks will be done during enrolment.
This course is listed as an approved course with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and accredited by Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC), and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). The course is CRICOS registered for the South Bank and Southport campuses. Additional eligibility applies for international students.
