1. What you'll need to complete your application
All applications require you to submit evidence of Australian Citizenship and Queensland Residency.
Depending on what course you are applying for, you will need to provide documents that show your previous education, experience or qualifications.
Important: Make sure you upload documents in the right format, using the instructions in the application. If you don't have them to hand, you can save your application and come back later.
2. Why do we need this information?
This information helps us to ensure you are suitable for the course you are applying for.
It also helps us to see if you are eligible for any funding, loans or subsidies provided by the Australian and Queensland Governments, to help reduce the amount you need to pay.
Important: TAFE Queensland manages any documents or personal data you provide to us under our Privacy Policy Guidelines. For privacy and security reasons, please do not provide copies of your personal documents by email. Always use the Student Portal to submit any personal information.
3. What happens after I've submitted my application?
Once you have submitted, your application will be assessed by our team. This usually takes between 4 - 6 weeks, so make sure you get in early. Our team will be in touch if any further information is needed.
