This short course will get you job ready by teaching you how to accurately decipher medical acronyms and clinical notes. This skill set is also perfect for people already working in medical administration wanting to brush up on their skills and get a competitive edge.
You'll learn how to interpret abbreviations, spell and pronounce medical terminology correctly, and use appropriate medical terminology in oral and written communication with patients, fellow workers and health professionals.
Successful completion of this course will equip you with the skills required to gain a medical administration role in a medical practice, dental surgery, pathology collection centre or a radiology clinic.
