Broaden your skills with this short course in microchip implantation, and help reunite lost pets with their families. This practical course gives you the skills you need to implant microchips into cats and dogs. This addition to your existing veterinary nursing or animal care skill set will serve you well, with strong growth expected in veterinary science in the next five years.
The Microchip Implantation for Dogs and Cats Skill Set course is an easy to follow combination of online and practical assessments. Gain the skills necessary to implant permanent identification devices (microchips) into dogs and cats, and maintain and monitor pet’s health during and after the procedure. You will also gain valuable knowledge regarding occupational health and safety practices.
Successful completion of this course will give you the skills needed to implant microchips in cats and dogs.
