The TAFE Centre of Excellence Health Care and Support is delivering a free Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (CHC62015) through a workplace‑integrated model to build leadership and management capability across the health care and support sectors.

This advanced qualification builds the practical management skills needed to guide teams and services across community-based and not-for-profit organisations.

Participants will build capability in service planning, staff development, performance management, risk oversight, and continuous improvement, through practical, mentored, and culturally safe learning embedded in real workplace contexts.

This course will be delivered from July 2026 to December 2027, online with face-to-face practical training at the TAFE Queensland Cairns campus.

Existing health care and support workers in Far North Queensland, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers, are encouraged to participate.
