The Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (SoLT) conference is designed as a platform for vocational and higher education engagement where educators, researchers, policymakers and industry leaders can exchange ideas, share best practices and discuss the latest educational trends.
Vocational and higher education institutions alike, have a responsibility to prepare students well for their careers ahead. Vocation and higher education educators bring a wealth of experience to the classroom and play a critical role in better harmonising the integration of vocational to higher education. Tertiary education institutions also have a crucial role in fostering inclusive, equitable and prosperous societies.
The 2026 SoLT Conference will be held on the 16th and 17th of September 2026 at the TAFE Queensland South Bank campus.

The conference will commence with an opening keynote presentation, and the conference program will include an array of workshops and presentations related to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
The full conference program will also be released closer to the event. However, all attendees will have the opportunity to create a personalised schedule based on their preferred workshops and concurrent sessions.

The SoLT conference will held at the TAFE Queensland South Bank Campus.
