Need to know

Students that are Medication Endorsed but want to complete IV medications will now need to enrol into this unit.  All components of this unit must be completed as the Medication Administration cannot be separated from the IV medications.

Students that are not endorsed and have a notation on their AHPRA registration stating that they cannot administer medications will need to complete this unit before the notation is able to be removed by AHPRA. They will then be able to administer IV medications as per their employers' policy and procedures.
